Position: Customer Service Assistant
Work Hours: Up to 20 hours per week (Part-time – Flexible around studies)
Eligibility:
• Students only (valid student ID required)
• Male applicants must be a minimum of 5’5” in height
• Friendly, confident, and well-presented
• Good communication and English-speaking skills required

Role Includes:
• Helping customers with mobile phones, accessories, and basic tech support
• Keeping the shop clean and organised
• Taking payments and issuing receipts
• Answering customer questions politely and professionally
