🎄The end of the year is a great opportunity to look back and reflect on all of the achievements we've accomplished. It's a way to recognize our successes and stay motivated for the year ahead🎄

Let's highlight a few of them:

🔸️Since the beginning of the war, our Kharkiv office has been a humanitarian hub. We have been providing aid and support to those in need, and continue to do so even in these difficult times. We are committed to helping people in difficult life circumstances, and strive to make a positive impact on their lives.

🔸️It's great to see that despite the stressful circumstances we are all facing, we are still working together as a team. We'll get through this together, and continue to stay strong and united. Let's keep up the hard work and show that we can overcome any challenge!

🔸️We've launched a new office in western Ukraine, and our office in Kharkiv is now open and ready for business. This is a fantastic opportunity for us to expand our reach and provide even better service to our clients.
⠀
🔸️We're thrilled that our team is continuing to grow with new specialists! We're always open to new projects and excited to see what we can accomplish together.
⠀
🔸️Knowledge is power and our interns proved that! After completing their training, several of them were promoted to junior developers. It's amazing to see what they achieved and we couldn't be prouder!

🔸️We're really pleased that we're continuing to work on improving our personal and professional qualities - it's a great way to ensure our career growth within the company. It's always rewarding to see the results of our work and responsibility!

It's totally understandable that there were some setbacks along the way. But let's not dwell on that - let's take what we've learned and use it to set new goals for 2023!

How to help yourself feel better and calmer during the war?
Here are a few mental health recommendations.
Ways of reducing anxiety and stress:

- Limit checking the news and scrolling through the news feeds;
- If you are in a safe area, try going for a walk as often as possible (jogging is a great alternative);
- Avoid political discussions and disputes;
- Try not to listen to pessimistic people and their opinions and conclusions;
- Talk to your family and friends, ask them about how they’re feeling;
- Be grateful. This might seem counter-intuitive but it works. Be grateful for being alive, for being safe, for having a place to sleep, and food to eat, if it’s applicable.
- Meditate or pray to calm down and bring your mental state closer to normal.
- Share your thoughts and feelings, do not isolate yourself on purpose. All Ukrainians will understand you, this war is our common pain and sorrow…

If you try any of the practices from this list, you should feel a little calmer. And no matter what, remember: Ukraine and the Ukrainian people are invincible!

Recently we worked on an internal recap of the year 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣1️⃣. We saw how many great achievements this year has brought us and wanted to share some of them with you.

• Launched our new blog
It is slowly growing and being filled with answers useful for both our colleagues and our clients.
• Welcomed a lot of new people into our team
We are happy to now be calling them friends and are grateful for them joining our team.
• Launched a new design of our website
• Moved to a new wonderful office
• Created 4 new departments
• Successfully finished (or greatly progressed on) a number of projects
• Started new courses that are helping a new generation of developers grow
• Greatly improved our internal systems and processes.

All in all, it was a great year! 👍🏻

Now we are ready to work hard again and make the next one even better!
