Ever wondered what an AI voice assistant actually sounds like in action?
I've set up a demo voicebot called Mike who answers calls for a fictitious café called "More Toast Please."
Mike can answer questions, take table bookings, and handle calls when staff are busy or the place is closed. We've got this running live at a local café, and it's taking the strain off staff during busy service times.
Give it a try: Ring Mike on 01492550800
The calls aren't recorded. If you make a booking with your real email, you'll get a (fake) confirmation. The bookings go straight into ResOS — a powerful, feature-rich booking system that's a genuine alternative to the big-name players like ResDiary and OpenTable, but much more affordable.
I'm curious what you think. Does it feel natural? Would something like this be useful in your business?
If you run a café, restaurant, or any business where the phone rings at the worst possible time, drop me a message. Happy to have a quick, no-pressure chat about whether it could work for you.
