Dear Valued Customers,
I would like to inform you that I will be shutting down the shop in Llandeilo & travelling abroad from the end of November 2024 until March 2025, as a result of this, walk in repairs at the shop and call outs done by me will not be available anymore whilst I am out of the country.
Unfortunately I have not found someone adequate to take over the full services of the shop and I have many loyal local customers like yourselves who I have built a good relationship with over many years.
Even though I have to do what I have to do, I feel a responsibility to my customers to try and offer you phone & remote support as I have done. If onsite work or hardware issues need to resolved, organise a reputable person or Computer business to have the work done onsite with you or at their location.
Therefore, I would like to offer all my Security Customers & businesses a deal which will allow me to continue to offer you remote, phone, procurement & referral services moving forwards from abroad between the hours of 8am-1pm. This means that between those hours you can phone or email me and I will offer remote & phone assistance. Obviously you would keep my premium tier security which has kept you all well protected for the years you have been with me. The only difference is if work needs to be done on your system hardware, I will advise you to take your system to a reputable business which I have been in discussions with or for them to attend your business.
If you are a local or business customer that likes the sound of this, I would like to offer you a this deal to stay on with me as no new customers will be offered this after I am out of the country. This will maintain you as my priority and give you the best services possible without having to much customer demand over my business hours which has been a challenge over the years running the shop for thousands of customers.
The offer is -
• Priority phone (which included liaising with other companies on your behalf to help you) , extra remote support & repair support (1 hour per year included, 2 hours if no service required *above that will be billed and invoiced at my hourly rate) between 8am & 1pm
• Top tier yearly security
• A yearly scheduled full service to keep you pc running optimally
• Upgrade support (how to do it or who to take it to) or new system procurement (new or refurb equipment sales, setup & delivered, ready to go) or referral support (reputable business within a fairly short distance) between 8am & 1pm
• A monthly or yearly report if required by the business or customer outlining what has been done as regarding to the above services for your payment
For the above services I will require £10 per month (per computer) for a minimum of 1 year or a £110 per year scheduled payment -
If you would like to come on board with the above offer contact me on my landline. If not and you are still within the year of your security subscription I will for fill it to the end of the subscription or you can continue & contact me in the above hours for lesser priority services and be billed accordingly. If you require other services I cannot provide, I will be happy to refer you to a good alternate regardless as you have been a fantastic customer which I am very grateful for.
