Since Prima Software became part of ECI Software Solutions, we’ve been working closely with the wider ECI team and having some very positive conversations about the future.

Most importantly, our focus remains on our customers.

Our team remains heavily focused on supporting our customers in the UK, Ireland and US, now with the additional expertise, technology and development resources of ECI behind us.

We have a problem…

We need a new trophy cabinet. 🏆

Last night at the Superstat Showcase, Prima was incredibly proud to be named Service Provider of the Year, and our team were delighted to wake up with the news this morning! (Yes, some of us do still go to bed at 9pm 🥱)

A huge thank you to the Superstat Limited team for hosting a fantastic event, and to the Superstat members who voted for us. This recognition means a great deal, especially coming from our customers, partners and peers across the industry.

Our very own Oliver Rowles and Tim Capper were there to collect the award on behalf of the team, and it’s a brilliant reflection of the hard work, care and commitment that goes into supporting our customers every day.

After also picking up BOSS Service Provider of the Year and EOPA Best Workplace this year, the Prima trophy cabinet is starting to look a little overcrowded.
