Christine's funeral will be held at the City of Ely cemetery at 1a Beech Lane, ELY CB7 4QZ on Thursday 7th May.

There will be a non-religious service in the small chapel starting at noon, followed by an interment to be attended by the immediate family.

There will also be a reception after the service, a buffet lunch to be held at the Cutter Inn, 42 Annesdale, Ely, Cambridgeshire, CB7 4BN from 12:30.

Please let Roy know if you would like to attend the service and/or the reception.

Guests are asked not to send flowers but you may wish to make a donation to charity. Further details will follow.

Message from Roy...

I am very sad to have to tell you that Christine passed away peacefully in her sleep last night, just a month away from our diamond wedding anniversary. She had been in Addenbrookes hospital for much of the last 6 weeks but she received excellent care and didn’t suffer.

I shall miss her dreadfully as will Kevin and Robin. She tolerated all of the cancer treatment without complaint but in the end her body had had enough. I tell myself that 82 is a good age but saying goodbye is still very difficult.

She was a wonderful wife and mother who cared deeply for her family and supported me throughout all of our ventures over the years.

So sorry to report the passing of John Shave recently.

We will all remember John for the calm influence he had in guiding Primagraphics to become the successful company it was and his involvement in securing the sale to Curtiss-Wright.

A lovely man who will be sadly missed and we send our condolences to Diana, Thomas and Sam.

Johns funeral will be held at Cam Valley Crematorium, Field View Drive, Great Chesterford, near Safron Walden CB10 1FE on Friday 6th September 2024 at 1.00pm. Sorry for the late notice.

TIM COLDWELL - We are sorry to report the passing recently of Tim Coldwell.

Many of you will know that Tim gave the company significant support in the early stages and we are are deeply indebted to him.

As Roy says "He was just 80 and living in Le Touquet with his French wife. We owe Tim a tremendous amount because without his support there would have been no Primagraphics. He enabled us to get off the ground with financial assistance and help with other aspects of the business. A sad occasion."

Hello everyone. Hope all OK.
Another trip down Memory Lane, this time for the Prima Golfers. Just stumbled upon this page for the PGA, suspect it's the last time it was ever used (2006).
The 'Magic Moments 2002-2006' might bring back some happy memories. Sorry don't have the photo files.

This page hopes to keep you informed of the progress (or otherwise) of the Prima-Golfers. It will advise the tee-off time for the weekly challenge and announce the winner of the PGA weekly Trophy. New members are always welcome, as are news stories and 'Magic Moments' for inclusion here.
