A little reminder to look after yourself too🫶🏻

Sometimes we get caught up in looking after everyone else, keeping up with life and getting things done that we forget about ourselves.

A few little things you can do for your own mental health

🌸 Take a break without feeling guilty.
🤍 Talk to someone about how you’re really feeling.
🌿 Get outside for some fresh air.
📵 Step away from social media when you need to.
💗 Say no to things when you’re feeling overwhelmed.
🫶🏻 Remember that resting is productive too.

And most importantly, please remember that you don’t have to be ok all the time. You don’t have to have everything figured out and you don’t have to deal with everything on your own.

Be kind to yourself. You deserve the same love, patience and understanding that you give to everyone else 🤍
