Fun sunny day at Hardy’s Animal farm at Skegness and the Country Meadows static caravan park next door. We did get to see the animals, but we were mainly there to install their next generation VoIP phone system including a queuing platform for the inbound bookings, Auto-receptionists and a way of automating the control of all their holiday call traffic. A very smooth install 🐮 🐄 🐑 🐷

Busy morning for Pete installing a complete new phone system for Worksop Leisure Caravans. New super fast FTTP connection went in last week. It all had to happen really quickly following a change of ownership and we managed to deliver. They’ve gone from one line to opening up a line for all users. Queuing system for customers calling in for sales, service and aftercare along with office hours, voicemail to email and all the sales guys having an App on their mobile so they don’t miss calls from eager customers. Great job and delighted customers
