An exciting role has become available to assist with the growing of a small business as they begin the next step of expansion.
The role will include.
Administration tasks such as, creating customer delivery notes, assisting with providing customer quotations, answering phone calls and emails and other general office duties. This role will not be limited as there is room to progress to other areas of the business
Collecting new sales leads, arranging customer visits. Gathering information about new clients and assisting with providing them with product knowledge. All training will be given however experience within this role is desired.
Telemarketing will be required as part of your role. This will include following up on quotations, arranging the collection of samples from customers, getting new customer leads by approaching other businesses.
Knowledge of Microsoft office would be beneficial but not a necessity.

You must be reliable, hardworking, have experience within a customer-based environment. Willing to adapt to different job roles and work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
