Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have some prior experience in IT support, possess a full clean driving licence, and have access to their own transport. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide on-site and remote IT support to clients, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, and networks.
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex projects and client requirements.
-Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and client interactions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide informed support.

Requirements:
- Some prior experience in an IT support role or related position.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and Microsoft operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full clean driving licence and access to personal transport.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within Staffordshire and surrounding areas.

Desirable:

- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional).
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra/Azure, MS SharePoint, and Server maintenance.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and virus protection.
