Today is the final deadline for Apps For Good, and our pitch has already been checked and sent! We are all happy with the presentation sent and cannot wait until the finalists have been announced, at the end of May!

Yesterday's after college session saw the finish of our full pitch. Thankfully, we now have an extension week to ensure all is perfect!

Well, it's Thursday, and nearly the end of our Easter Break. But we're all hanging on as we don't want it to end! But as they say, all good things must come to an end. Have you enjoyed your break? Will you be doing anything for the Easter Weekend? Let us know what you've got planed!

Today we started the creation of the final pitch presentation video to be submitted along with the PowerPoint. All fun and games - plenty of bloopers!

This week sees the start of the creation of the final presentation to be sent to Apps For Good for the competition. Hopefully tomorrow, Friday 27 March, we will be adding a text message function to allow texting possible from the app!

Hi there,

We are Apollo Apps - made of 4 Runshaw Students. We are currently creating an app which will allow Smartphone/tablet users to be able to;
Look for up-to-date First Aid Guides,
Insert what medical conditions they have, if they have any,
Insert any medications they are currently taking, if they need any.
This app will also have options to search for symptoms and locate the nearest hospital.

If you could spend a couple of minutes completing this survey, it could greatly help the expansion of this app and make it better than it already is!
