Due to our continued growth, we are now looking to add to our team! We are looking for an IT Technician to join us on a permanent basis. See below for more details!

CS Technical Services are a Fife based IT company, supporting customers across Scotland. We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our small, friendly team. Our team supports a number of client operations from Broadband Installation, Telephone Systems, CCTV, EPOS Tills, Cloud Systems Alarm Systems and General IT Services.

You will be working with our team installing systems for both current and new clients, along with providing any support required across any aspect of our services. Due to the nature of the work, cable running will be required and therefore will involve working at height. Outdoor work will also be involved through CCTV installations and rural broadband surveys/installations. Rural broadband can often involve carrying out installations on working farms and so you must be comfortable in this environment.


This role will involve travelling across Scotland.


You should be comfortable in a customer facing role and be able to work under pressure, whilst prioritising your workload.


Your hours of work will be Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. However, due to the nature of the business, you are expected to be flexible and may be required to work evenings and weekends.

Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.


Training will be provided.



Duties:

Reporting directly to the Company Directors, the duties of the successful candidate include, but are not limited to:

Installation of systems to new and existing clients

Carrying out rural broadband surveys

Responding to call-outs when required

Providing remote support for clients

Responding to customer queries

Requirements:

Be confident dealing with members of the public.

Be friendly and outgoing.

Be able to work on own initiative.

Be comfortable working alone and as part of a team.

Be able to follow instructions.
