🖥️ PC Repair Completed
This desktop arrived with a blank screen issue, and the cause was quickly identified: a sagging graphics card with no support (it's barely noticeable).

We supplied and installed a new GPU support bracket, securing the card in place. The system is now working perfectly again!

A customer brought in their gaming rig, frustrated by slow performance and high temperatures over a long period. 🔥

After a quick inspection (check out the video!), we found the CPU heatsink and fan completely loose, not making proper contact with the processor. No wonder it was overheating! 😱

In the photo, you can see the thermal paste never fully bonded — meaning heat wasn’t being transferred properly at all.

✅ We cleaned and reapplied quality thermal paste
✅ Reseated the heatsink and fan correctly
✅ Ran stress tests — and it’s now running cool, fast, and throttle-free!

If your PC feels sluggish or is getting too hot, bring it in. Sometimes, it's a simple fix that makes all the difference!

A customer brought in their PC which was crashing during start-up. It also failed when they attempted to fix it by reinstalling Windows.

So we ran our diagnostics tests and found the RAM showed multiple errors (see screenshot 👇).

Once we replaced the bad RAM (for just £29) the PC worked perfectly again, with no data lost and no need for a full reinstall.

We found this faulty puffed-up battery inside a customers non-charging laptop.

A bulging battery runs a high risk of:

🔥 Puncturing and catching fire.
💥 Exploding if charged or damaged further.
💻 Causing permanent damage to the laptop.

Laptop batteries are supposed to be flat. A swollen battery is caused by a chemical reaction inside that releases gas. This means the battery is failing and has become unstable.

If your laptop's trackpad, keyboard or case is warped it could indicate an unstable battery.

1️⃣ UNPLUG your Laptop.
2️⃣ Do NOT charge it again.
3️⃣ BRING IT TO A PROFESSIONAL.

We can safely remove and dispose of the battery and install a quality replacement.

Your data is important and your safety is priceless. Don't ignore the warning signs!

Here’s a look at a PC we recently repaired. The system was shutting down unexpectedly and vibrating during use.

The cause: a missing blade on the CPU fan + heatsink assembly —likely the result of a DIY cleaning attempt. The damaged fan was causing the CPU to overheat.

We replaced the CPU fan and heatsink, and now the PC is running smoothly with stable temperatures. Another successful fix!
