😂 Now we've seen some IT support requests in our time… but this one deserves its own award.

When a new client came to us recently, we discovered that one of their laptops had been through a little… DIY refurbishment programme. 😂

The warning labels were possibly the best bit:
📢 HAS BEEN REPAIRED
⚠️ DON’T PUSH BACK – HINGE WILL BREAK
🐌 OPEN GENTLY

If you look closely, you can also see the cello tape holding it together!

Now, to be fair… the computer was still working but when your laptop comes with its own operating instructions for opening the lid, it might be time to have a conversation! 🤣

And this is exactly why having the right IT support matters.
