If you are not happy with your product we can offer a refund once your items have been returned, customer pays for return postage. We can not be held responsible for a missing package that has been signed for at the customers address, you would need to

follow this up with the tracking reference we give to you. In the rare case of an item being lost and not signed for we will
re send the items as soon as possible.
