Multi-tasking Turn/Mill Centre with full Tailstock support.
Showing Turning, Boring, Milling, Drilling and full collision checking – deliberately triggered here.
‘Half index’ turret machine showing roughing with T1 and finishing with T13 from the same block. Turret stations 13 to 24 are interleaved in between stations 1 to 12.
All then simulated through FeatureCAM's Machine Simulation module.

We have been supporting one of our customer's with a new
post processor and machine simulation model set.
This one is for a 5 Axis Vertical Machining Centre for one of our advanced users a medical component supplier in West Yorkshire.

We have been busy helping some of our Partners prepare for Southern Manufacturing 2020. Here we have a demonstration for YMT Technologies and their Hedelius Acura 65EL – 5-Axis Machining Centre fitted with a Heidenhain Tnc 640 control. Go along and see them on stand E215.

We have sold a record number of seats of Ez-EDM during the second half of 2018. These are for supporting Agie, Charmilles, Fanuc, Makino and Sodick Wire EDM Machines. We had initially thought that this product would reduce due to the decline in UK Tool Making. But with customers using this process in general engineering workshops and using the technology in other ways, it would seem to have bucked the trend. So, if you have a Wire EDM cad/cam software enquiry, be sure to give us a call.
