A customer enquired about their iPad which had battery issues after having another shop replacing their screen.
Upon opening the device up you can see damage had been caused to the battery causing it to swell and leak acid in the device which then in turn has damaged the screen!
Customer advised of the issue and a new battery and screen was fitted!

Working on another Apple iPhone XR. Remember when replacing your phone screens that just because it's a cheaper priced repair does not mean it's the same quality! This one was barely attached to the phone and 100% not waterproofed!

Had a customer come to me with a liquid damaged laptop, was able to clean the inside of the laptop and repair the damage done to the motherboard and replaced the keyboard from Lenovo! Happy customer!

Hey Everyone!

Would just like to make an announcement to everyone regarding a situation I've recently been in.

As some of you may be aware since the lockdown the increase of scam and spam calls and emails and also texts have been increasing targeting anyone and everyone who they have contact details for.

Today I was contacted from a mobile number that doesn't exist to try offer me their services, if you have not requested help or services DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFO OUT!

The scammers are getting more crafty on how they carry out scams and even sometimes I have emails which fool me but with years of knowledge in this field I'm always sure to double check phone numbers or emails and even if the details match still hold doubt with this as they can spoof / fake a legit number of a company in order to get your money or even your personal details.

If you ever have any questions about this or you've had a strange message or call recently Please contact me and I can help you resolve this issue and guide you in the right direction on how to block these calls or emails and to ensure your data is safe!

A customer came to me who had a slow laptop that kept crashing due to it being full of programs. I upgraded the HD to an SSD to speed things up and backed up all the data! One fully working machine ready for school work!

Had a customer come to me wanting his old Dell laptop speeding up. I managed to source him some extra ram, a new SSD and a replacement battery as the old one was bulging. Needless to say I repasted the cpu and cleaned the fan out and now the laptop is working good as new!
