What's the £200 offer to help me switch?

To help members switch all their services to us, we'll reimburse any Early Termination Fees (ETF) they may have to pay to their current providers for Phone, Broadband, Mobile, Energy, and Boiler & Home cover - up to a total of £200!

Once they've paid the ETF with their current supplier, they'll just need to send us a copy of their bill showing the charge, and we'll add it as a credit to their account.

This offer is available to homeowners taking Gold Talk or Double Gold, and Double Gold tenants aged over 30 taking smart meters and lightbulbs.

Important Information:

The initial application must have at least one Home Phone (fixed line), one Broadband (fixed) and one Mobile service.
The services must be live on the account when the claim is submitted.
They'll need to submit a claim by sending us a copy of the final bill(s) from the previous supplier(s) showing they incurred an ETF as a result of switching the service(s) to us, together with a covering letter requesting reimbursement.
Upfront line rental that has been paid in advance also falls under the £200 ETF offer. The member will need to provide evidence of the advance payment and the dates this payment covered. We can then calculate the pro-rata ETF credit for the months remaining.
Only one claim can be made, so members should wait until they have evidence of all charge they incurred.
Once verified by us, and within eight weeks of receipt of the relevant documents, the credit will appear on the member's monthly bill (non-energy).
In the event they cease to qualify for a Gold Talk Bundle within 12 months of receiving the ETF credit on the invoice, we'll place a debit for the amount originally reimbursed. This will appear on a subsequent monthly non-energy invoice from us.
Where new members incur a charge from their previous mobile supplier for unlocking their phone (in order to use it on our mobile service), this cost can be included in any ETF refund claim. We can only reimburse unlocking fees that appear on the final invoice from the member's previous mobile.

Utility Warehouse offer lots of different services, Home 🏡Insurance, Bill Protector all in one tidy bill.
I had an ankle injury an eczema on both hands and was unable to work, I claimed under Bill Protector Insurance for only £2 a month, and have my bills paid for up to £150 for 6 months max! Now that's worth having, awesome 👏 no Utility company offers that service. 😀

Our services and prices are changing
As a valued member of our discount club, I am writing to tell you about some important changes we are making to our services; we are doing this to improve our customer service and deliver better overall value by simplifying our current proposition.
Please take the time to read this message carefully.

Home Phone and Broadband
• We are increasing our standard line rental to £18.99 per month.
• We are now including unlimited free evening and weekend calls to mobiles (in addition to free calls to UK local/national numbers). Major competitors like BT and Virgin charge the same (or higher) line rental, and don’t include any free calls!
• We are keeping free local/national/mobile calls to other Club members at any time.
• Our Peak Saver option now includes unlimited calls to mobile numbers in addition to local/national numbers (excluding 0845 and 0870) at £6.50 per month;
• All chargeable calls to UK local, national and mobile numbers are 10p per minute at all times.
• We have a new International Boost available offering 1,000 free anytime minutes to our top 50 international destinations for just £5 per month (members who have our previous international boost providing 250 minutes to 25 destinations can upgrade to this new option on request).
• We have a new basic line rental option available priced at £16.50 per month, but this does not include any off-peak calls to UK local, national or mobile numbers (except to other members).
• We have frozen our call set-up fee at 16.8p per call; this remains significantly below all our major competitors.
All the above changes are effective from 1 May 2017.

With call rates up to 70% cheaper than our competitors, a wide choice of call bundles, and more inclusive free calls than any other supplier, you can be confident our Home Phone service continues to provide the best value in the UK!

We are improving the value we provide to Gold Talk and Double Gold members by simplifying the current choice of Extra Benefits which were previously available.

Instead of the previous extra benefit you were receiving of a discount of £2.25 per month on your Broadband service, from 1 May 2017 you will instead receive a 10% discount on the total cost of your Home Phone line rental and Broadband monthly charge; that’s a saving of between £2.65 and £3.90 per month depending on the service you have chosen, worth up to £46.77 a year!
