Three months in already. Daniel joined our artwork team in July as a pre-press apprentice, and since then he's been sending artwork proofs, setting up artwork for mug sublimation, prepping stickers and badges, and learning the exciting technicalities of Illustrator.

In his words: "I've felt so welcomed since joining and have genuinely just gotten stuck into everything."

When the bottle neck is no longer a creative bottleneck...

Introducing the Topflask RCS recycled steel water bottle, finished with a full digital wrap print💧

From bottle neck to base, our 360° digital print process offers a refreshing take on branded drinkware, turning a simple bottle into a fully decorated promotional product.

We created a graffiti-inspired design to showcase vibrant colours, the creative use of stretched artwork, and how a design can flow naturally around the shape of the bottle. The artwork was designed with the bottle in mind, rather than simply being placed onto it.

Particularly exciting is the sheer print area available now with this decoration method. Areas that were once difficult to print, such as the bottle neck, can now become part of the overall design, and offering an impactful finish and a promotional product different from the norm.

Embroidery swatches play an important part in our process. They're designed to ensure the finished embroidered product looks exactly as expected.

Before orders go into production, we create a swatch for each new logo to check colour accuracy, spot any areas that need fine-tuning and see how the design looks on the fabric.

It's a small but important step that makes all the difference to the finished result.

A standout embroidery job for V+ Valeting & Detailing.

We loved working on this teamwear project, creating a bold oversized embroidery design for the back of their hoodies.

65,000+ stitches, glow-in-the-dark thread, 1.5 hours to embroider.

The brief was simple: create a bold hoodie that will standout, and that the crew will love to wear! With the use of the glow-in-the-dark threads, we were able to give the design extra visibility on darker evenings.

Last week, we were proud to welcome Leeds City Council to Involution as part of the Leeds Manufacturing Festival, giving them a behind-the-scenes look at our production facilities, machinery and, most importantly, the team who make it all happen.

We supply branded workwear and merchandise localy, nationally and globally... our in-house print, embroidery and production facility here in LS16 is at the heart of everything we do.

With a growing business and team, we strongly beleive in investing in the future of our industry.

We’re delighted to welcome Daniel to the Involution team as our new Pre-Press Apprentice, through BPIF Training. Joining our Artwork team, Daniel will be getting hands-on experience while developing the skills and knowledge needed for a career in the print and production industry.

We’re proud to play our part in developing local talent and supporting the next generation of manufacturing and print professionals.
