8.7 million people will receive this email today 👇

This week, Manchester Airport, London Stansted and East Midlands Airport confirmed a cyber security incident that resulted in approximately 8.7 million customer records being accessed by an unauthorised third party.

The data accessed included customer email addresses, phone numbers, vehicle registration numbers and postcodes linked to airport parking, lounges, fast-track bookings and airport Wi-Fi services 🖥️

Thankfully, payment card information was not affected and airport operations continued as normal.

The incident highlights an important lesson for businesses: understanding what customer data you hold, where it's stored and how quickly you could respond if it was accessed 🔎

Our engineer Aidan managed to grab a couple of photos with happy customers while out on site last month. Here's the story behind them... 👇

☎️ Fourthsight Consulting wanted call recording built into their phone system, rather than paying for a separate solution. We brought everything together under one platform, making it easier to manage and removing the need for another supplier.

☁️ HasleWey moved their phone system to the cloud, replacing ageing hardware with a more flexible solution that's easier to adapt as their organisation evolves.

Two very different organisations, but with one thing in common: technology that simply does it’s job, so their teams can focus on theirs.

How do you get reliable phone coverage across the widest parish church in England?❓🤔

St Botolph's Church in Boston, better known as the Boston Stump, is a 700- year old Grade I listed landmark with a 266ft tower and around 20,000 square feet of interior space!

It's an incredible building, but not the easiest environment for wireless coverage 📶

Our engineer Mike completed a handset refresh, replacing the church's ageing system with a modern IP DECT solution that delivers clear, reliable connectivity throughout the site 📞

We've been proud to support St Botolph's for 5+ years. It's a privilege to keep a building that's served its community since 1309 connected to the people who need it.

The same address is home to the Boston & Sutterton Foodbank, part of the Trussell Trust network, providing three days' emergency food to local people referred in crisis. The parish also runs a community garden project and hosts concerts, exhibitions and events that bring the town together
