Gloss Creative Recruitment is officially 20 years old!

Two decades of matching creative people with great companies, helping businesses build creative teams and, hopefully, making the recruitment process a little less painful along the way!

When we started Gloss back in 2006, we didn't think about if we'd still be here 20 years later. We've worked with some brilliant businesses, met thousands of talented creatives and made some great friends along the way.

We've also seen a lot of change in 20 years — from the way people work and communicate to the rise of digital, social media and now AI. But one thing hasn't changed…

It's still all about people.

So a huge THANK YOU to every client who has trusted us with their recruitment over the years, every candidate who has allowed us to help shape their career, and everyone who has recommended, supported or simply stayed in touch with us along the way.

NEW ROLE | Brand Executive | Ossett

We’re looking for a talented Brand Executive to join an established and growing business in Ossett.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 3–5 years’ experience in brand marketing who enjoys taking ownership — from brand strategy and campaign planning through to social, digital content, product launches, events and exhibitions.

You’ll work closely with marketing, sales and commercial teams, with plenty of scope to influence how the brand develops and grows.
