Since our formation in 1987 we have continued to offer innovative and practical solutions to the bus Deals.

TecRes was established in 1987 in Leatherhead, Surrey to provide computer and computer solutions to the local home, business and educational market place. Currently we have two locations in Leatherhead, with our retail store in North Street stocking a substantial selection of hardware and software items including PC’s, notebooks, displays, printers, consumables, office applications, Anti Virus sol

utions and components required for your PC or network. From our engineering facility we repair, maintain and support our business and home users with a wide variety of services including:

* Setup of business networks
* Home delivery and installation of PCs
* PC Service and Health Check
* Installation of wireless networks
* Remote support and diagnosis
* Epson Printer warranty repairs
* Computer and network upgrades
* Total Care support package available with any new PC or Laptop
* Email and broadband setup and fault finding
* Onsite services

To remain competitive and to be able to offer our customers value for money in 1995 we joined forces with forty other independent computer dealers to form a buying group, NBG Ltd. This group enables us to buy products on similar terms to the multiple retailers and offer our customers some of the best I.T. Our monthly PC Solutions magazine details some of these deals. You can pick up a copy of our magazine at our retail store or our service centre. The Buying group is supported by many top names in the industry, Acer, Epson, Netgear, Belkin, Symantec, Toshiba, Samsung and many others including of course our preferred distributors. For more than five years we have carried out warranty work for Epson as part of their Epson Express scheme. We endeavour to carry out this service while you wait. To support this we stock a comprehensive range of printer cartridges and papers. We operate two online product catalogues, our online shop details all items currently stocked in Leatherhead for collection NOW. Our second store Shop-it.co.uk offers a wider variety of products and links directly into our suppliers stockholding. The pricing and product information is updated hourly. It is important to remember when looking at the stock availability shown on our website that these are the stock levels at our suppliers warehouse and not at our retail store. You can order online or ring us (on 01372-370300) to order products you have seen on our website. If you collect the item from our retail premises you will not be charged any carriage.

�We offer a complete health check service where we test all hardware is running to the best of its ability and then check windows for software issues, updates as well as make sure it is running to the best of its ability.

We can also advise in store about the best steps you can take on a monthly or annual basis to try and keep your machine running smoothly, just ask us.

Finally back in stock at TecRes the Epson Eco-Tank range, save money when you print by using refillable tanks rather than paying for cartridges.

Ink bottle yields vary but some do up to 6,000 pages which is way more than most standard cartridges.

What a great day it was at the Network Group Event and Gala yesterday, so good to see members and vendors in person and catch up. We were especially proud to accept the Chairman's Award for 2021 on behalf of Les Beer and his amazing work, the trophy also managed to make it back to the office in one piece! 😁
