Third Kind Games - a Virtuos Studio, is a world-class co-development games studio that works with some of the biggest names in the industry on AAA projects.

Third Kind Games was founded in 2016 by nine leaders in the industry and we’ve continued to grow ever since. Third Kind Games became a Virtuos Studio in 2024. We work with some of the biggest names in the games industry such as Blizzard, Amazon, Microsoft and Mythical Games. We’re proud of our track record working on critically acclaimed games and franchises. At TKG we want to offer a place where our team can be their most creative, imaginative and curious selves.

We marked International Women’s Day a little early this year, supporting Helping Hands Community Project and their Akeeva women’s support group last week.

Akeeva is led by a qualified women’s support worker and provides a safe, supportive space for women experiencing challenges such as addiction, domestic abuse or homelessness. The group offers both companionship and practical help.

Our team contributed donated items which we curated into small treat hampers for the ladies who regularly attend the group. It was a simple gesture, but one we hope brought a moment of care and recognition.

Everyone deserves to feel seen and valued, whatever their circumstances. For us, that felt like a meaningful way to mark International Women’s Day within our local community. 💜

Today is a huge day for rhythm game fans! 🎶

We’re going back to our TKG roots and teaming up with fellow former Guitar Hero devs and rhythm game legends to amp up a new chapter of the genre. We’re beyond excited to be part of Stage Tour and to be working alongside RedOctane Games on this one.
