We're growing - and we're looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our team in Leamington Spa.

PO'Sh Creative is a full-service creative agency. Design, branding, marketing, social, paid, photography, video, animation, games, web, events and exhibitions - all under one roof, all for clients who trust us with the creative stuff.

This role is for someone who can plan and own campaigns end-to-end, write excellent copy and drive projects forward for our clients.

You'll shape strategy, steer creative, work directly with clients and get properly stuck into the work.

What we're after:
• Solid experience across integrated marketing campaigns
• Confidence with clients - liaising with all levels of the team
• Have a respectful, positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking - but happy to roll your sleeves up
• Agency background preferable, but not essential

You'll get to work from our lovely Leamington Spa offices - with a talented, friendly team, experience a wide variety of work and competitive salary.

Hi, I’m Evie, and I’ve spent the past week completing my graphic design work experience at PO’Sh.

It has been an incredible experience, where I’ve had the opportunity to design logos and packaging for a local ice cream business, edit posts for some of the team’s live clients, and create a poster for a production of Tosca. As well as give a presentation to the team!

I’ve genuinely enjoyed every moment of this week and feel extremely grateful for the opportunity to come to PO'Sh Creative. It has been such a valuable and memorable experience, and I’m sad for it to be over.

The Bright Futures Ball is an incredible night of raising funds to help rebuild childhoods across Coventry & Warwickshire.

We’ll be swapping studio life for sequins and suits as we join a room full of brilliant people, all coming together for an evening of entertainment and fundraising that will make a real difference for vulnerable children.

●     Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
●     Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
●     Experience managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive at PO'Sh Creative, you'll have an important role in driving our clients' online success.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and paid social media advertising.
- Manage and optimise paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Use Tag Manager and analytics to track insights and successes
- Use tools to conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth or assist with building new business decks.
- Analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling digital assets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
