Our new home, which we are loving.

Hoping that Virgin Media will reach out to ourselves and help resolve a problem we have been trying to rectify for a elderly customer who is now left without her emergency help line or any telephone for that matter. Our customer has now been without a phone for 2 days

I attach pictures for your information and I am sure you will agree, it's not quite acceptable to leave this as a finished installation. At the moment one of your engineers cannot attend until Friday between 8-12

So much has happened over the summer that we would like to share with everyone. We are very proud at Cool Breeze Technology Services to have been able to support Ukrainian families with laptops donated by our generous clients. We have also had two young people, Noah and Luis, on work experience. Take a look at our latest newsletter here for the full 'good news' stories.
