Hi folks!
This is a post to let people know where we are atm.
We have been doing this now for 16+ years, there are only the 2 of us & we are responsible for everything, from orders to customer service, repairs to devices & running our own website.
We are both born & bred in the town, our business is a local business, we're not affiliated with any manufacturer or company & we are truly independent, we are not a franchise.
We treat every device like it's our own & we repair for longevity & cost effectiveness, if it's not worth it, we will let you know.
Perhaps it is because of this that we have so many repairs in, please remember we fix all electronics, not just replacing screens on phones & tablets. We don't throw up a lot of photos of repairs because we just don't have the time, but we do know how you are all "wowed" by a good before & after photo.
Many of the repairs we have in need to be diagnosed first, this takes some time, most screen & socket repairs are carried out on the day if we have the parts in.
We would like to thank all our customers from Larne & beyond for their continued support, it means the world to us, but we are asking that you apply the same grace we apply to you when you forget to collect your item, or if a repair is delayed due to parts not available in uk.
Mr FoneJackerNI is quite ill atm & waitng on surgery & a referral for another medical issue, so is unable to repair items as quick as he would like, he can also only do so much in the day before he is in pain.
Mrs FoneJackerNI is wrecked trying to keep it all together.
This is not a post for sympathy, this is a post to give you a better understanding of where we are & we hope you understand.
