I love Autumn, it teaches us change can be beautiful, but sometimes it can feel a bit scary to change and do something different, but I want you to know, that when you let go of the old, you open up a path for something new, and it is usually something even better.

So with this in mind, I am stepping away from Facebook, I have met some amazing people of here, but I hardly see anyone I’m friends with anymore, it’s mainly AI drivel, stuff to separate and divide us and stuff that makes me cross. I’m keeping my account open, because in Spring I might be back, but for now I will just be on Patreon and YouTube.

In 2028 we start a new cycle, a cycle of abundance, light, and a more conscious way of being, right now and until then we are in the throes of releasing, letting go, changes, huge companies will close, disasters will happen, financial establishments will collapse and the governments will try anything and everything to keep control.

This time can feel hard if you buy into the doom and gloom of what’s being offered, and pushed, so as I say many many times, switch off the news, don’t listen to fear, know these stories that are told are lies, smoke screens, distractions to keep you ill or submissive, when we follow our own path, when we delight in the small things, when we work on ourselves to understand ourselves better, we can’t be fed lies and accept them, we can see through the illusion and we can’t be controlled.

I feel excited and blessed to be alive in this time, because there is a new world emerging, one filled with love, hope and possibility, a better world for all.
It is really important you look after yourself now, connect to nature as much as possible, meditate, journal, choose well what you put in your body, what you allow to enter your ears and eyes and what you put on your body. And if it feels right for you, connect to God, it’s in these times of unsteadiness that an anchor is helpful.
