We apologise to all the customers who had to be rushed out of the café, and too all those who had booked tables and lovely roast dinner. Our cooker caught fire ….

It was safely extinguished and nobody was injured.

We will be open at the usual times tomorrow and Granny has managed to produce a lovely alternative menu until the cooker is replaced.
