If you’re heading out this weekend, here’s A Bar Song (Tipsy) by Shaboozey, playing on the brand-new Naim Uniti Star Lite Streaming Amplifier to get you in the mood.

Sometimes, we want to sit back and enjoy every detail of a track. On other occasions, we just want to have a little dance before heading out.

The Uniti Star Lite works brilliantly in both situations, but we especially love its ease of use, along with the lightness of touch and sense of drive it brings to a recording.

Come and have a listen - we won’t mind if you can’t help but dance!

We only stock the very best products, and the MOON 371 Network Amplifier is definitely one of them. Its latest accolade is the Trusted Reviews Amplifier of the Year Award.

This is what Trusted Reviews said:

“There is an all-round quality to what MOON has engineered here; across the design, features, build and sound of their new one-box that will have a number of people both captivated and signed up for life.”

We think the MOON 371 is a brilliant network amplifier that delivers exceptional performance, versatility and elegance. It seamlessly combines the capabilities of a premium amplifier, preamplifier, DAC, music streamer and phono stage into a single, beautifully crafted enclosure.

Our media man, Matt, was at the ceremony to watch Geraldine from MOON receive the award. A well-deserved accolade for an exceptional piece of kit!

Here's a cheeky bit of techno – Konception by Plastikman – streamed via a very sweet product.

The Eversolo DMP-A6 Gen 2 High-Fidelity Music Streamer, playing through a beautiful pair of Audiovector loudspeakers and connected throughout with Nordost Red Dawn cables.

At its excellent price point, the Eversolo could be your first step into higher-quality music streaming.

AV Forums said this about it:

"If you have an integrated amp you are happy with and want to build a system around it, it’s the DMP-A6 Gen 2 that would be my choice for the task. Eversolo has taken its fabulous opening effort and gone and made it better still. The result can only be seen as a Best Buy."

Maxwell’s Urban Hang Suite was made for vinyl - it's a firm favourite of ours, and of many of our customers too.

It’s a beautifully produced recording, full of detail and texture, making it ideal for showing just how much a great hi-fi system can reveal.

Here, it’s playing in our Leeds shop on a Linn LP12 turntable, through Accuphase electronics, with Nordost accessories and a brilliant-value pair of Dynaudio loudspeakers.

Come and visit us for a listen. We’ll make you a coffee and talk you through why each part of the system works so well together.

We might just change the way you hear your music.

We love how Frankie Goes to Hollywood sounds on this system in our Leeds store: crisp, rhythmic and powerful. As it should be.

The recording is on CD, played through a MOON 260D CD Transport, supported by an Accuphase C2300 preamplifier and Accuphase A-48S power amplifier. Everything is connected with Nordost cables.

The system is voiced by an elegant pair of Dynaudio Evoke 50 loudspeakers.

At the top of the rack is a Linn Selekt LP12 turntable – you’ll hear that in our next post.

Got some free time this weekend? Come and have a listen to the best in premium hi-fi at The Audio Room.

TURN IT UP!

Here's another one of our special installs. We set this system up with absolute precision to ensure our customer can hear the maximum from every recording.

And this setup is a cracker! It features a Rotel Michi P5 Series 2 preamplifier, a pair of M8 monoblock amplifiers and a Q5 CD player, plus a Rega Planar 8 turntable and a pair of Wharfedale Elysian 4 loudspeakers.

We upgraded our customer's existing S5 stereo power amplifier to the stunning pair of M8 monoblock amplifiers, and the extra power, plus the exquisite detail, has made them very happy indeed.
