Using the latest industry standard software enables us to monitor and manage all our client’s computers simultaneously and pro-actively work on them preventing problems before they occur – saving time and money for our clients. Within minutes most problems can be fixed remotely, but we also have engineers ready to visit clients when needed. Customer service is paramount to the success of our business. Forget spotting suspicious spelling… phishing attacks are becoming increasingly sophisticated and harder to detect.

From changing supplier bank details to requesting urgent payments, emails impersonating colleagues or trusted contacts can cause serious damage.

Instead of relying on your team to spot every cleverly disguised scam, put processes in place that require financial or confidential requests to be verified through a separate, trusted channel.

Because when an email looks completely legitimate, your processes matter just as much as your people.
