Flexible die-cutting uses a thin, chemically etched steel sheet, or flexible die, mounted on a magnetic cylinder in a rotary die-cutting station to cut out label stock. This method is ideal for high-volume production, as magnetic cylinders with permanent magnets enable quick changeovers and hold the flexible die firmly in place.

George, one of our production operatives, has been with us for around 5 months now and has really found his feet.

Coming in with no previous experience in the labelling or manufacturing industry, he’s picked things up incredibly quickly. His willingness to learn and adapt has made him a great addition to the team. Keep up the great work, George!
