🌊 COMMITMENT 🕯️

Surrounded by grey skies, restless seas and gloomy weather, the lighthouse stands unwavering.

It doesn’t wait for the storm to pass.
It doesn’t change direction when the skies darken.
It simply keeps shining.

Commitment is staying true to your purpose, even when the conditions aren’t perfect.

A reminder that sometimes, the most powerful light is the one that refuses to go out. 🌫️🌊

📸 Commitment was photographed by Tin Fish Framing owner Steve Oggelsby at the end of the breakwater in Brixham Harbour. We currently have one on display in our studio and it is available to buy in any print size with or without a frame.

This beautiful painting by Connie (age 7) is a stylised watercolour of a boat with reflections⛵️

⭐️Connie has a huge talent and it was great to be able to frame her original work with a nice, solid oak moulding and textured white mount.

🖼Did you know that drymounting can help keep your artwork looking smooth, flat and professionally presented?

Our skilled framing technicians use heat and pressure to securely bond artwork to a suitable mounting board, helping to prevent shifting, bubbling and wrinkling over time.

Whether you’re mounting photographs, prints, posters or artwork, drymounting provides a clean, durable finish that’s perfect for framing.

We recently had the pleasure of working on a large multimedia original canvas by artist Frances Gynn RWA. At 2.4m long it was a big one but the Tin Fish team managed to stretch the canvas onto a bespoke stretcher frame with cross braces and then frame it with a lovely solid oak tray frame.

This piece of art called Guernica for the Species was recently displayed in an exhibition at Millfield School in Somerset. What a wonderful piece of art this is and thank you Frances for letting us work on it!🙂
