We’re excited to share that Premier has been shortlisted for Telco Service Provider of the Year at the 2025 Network Group Awards 🎉

Yes, we love a good pun and the odd cheeky reference in our marketing – because let’s face it, telecoms and VoIP aren’t always the most thrilling topics for those outside the industry. But behind the scenes? It’s a different story.

Our team is made up of absolute pros who know their stuff – solving real-world connectivity challenges across Norfolk and the East of England, especially in places where reliable broadband can be hard to come by.

This nomination is a great reminder that while we keep things light on the outside, our service, support and solutions are rock solid underneath. And we’re proud to be recognised for doing things properly.

You pick up the phone. Confidently say, “Please hold whilst I transfer your call.”
And then… 😳
Panic.
Where’s the button?!
What number do I press?!
Did I just put them on hold or mute?!
Am I about to hang up on them?!
