Two awards. One very proud SOD team! 🏆🏆
What a night for The Solutions on Demand Group at the Glasgow Business Awards 2026:
🏆 Innovation in Business
🏆 Best Performing Small-Medium Business
For us, innovation starts with a question:
Where is the problem, and what would solving it make possible?
How much time does your team lose entering the same information into different systems? What happens when your processes can’t keep pace with your growth? And what could your people achieve if that time was given back to them?
Those are the conversations behind what we build.
Our own journey included developing a custom CRM around how our business needed to work. Solving one problem at a time helped us improve processes, connect information and create room to grow.
Today, we help other organisations do the same.
From custom apps, CRMs and procurement integrations to websites, branding, video, print, IT, telecoms and cyber security, our Group brings together the skills businesses need to improve how they operate, communicate and grow.
That includes developing apps for H&V’s use of 5G and a CRM for Scotseats. We’re proud to have played our part in those projects and delighted with the feedback from both businesses.
It made the Innovation in Business award especially meaningful, with the 5G project sponsoring the category.
Then there’s Geco Connect.
Built for residential care and specialist education, our AI-enabled platform is helping practitioners reduce duplicated paperwork, giving leaders better oversight and creating more time for children and young people.
With MyGeco, we’re also developing how children and young people can share their views and help shape the support they receive.
Our ambition is to help change the sector, working alongside the people who know it best.
Winning Best Performing Small-Medium Business recognises the wider journey too: investing in our people, expanding our workspace, strengthening our services and supporting increasingly ambitious organisations across Scotland and beyond.
Both awards give us confidence in the direction we’re taking and even more motivation to keep going.
Thank you to our team, clients, suppliers and partners. You’ve all played a part in this.
And thank you to Glasgow Chamber of Commerce for a fantastic evening.
Congratulations to all the winners and finalists.
What’s the one problem holding your business back, and what could change if you solved it?
