☕ A Fresh Brew of Communication for Carvetii Coffee
We're delighted to have recently helped Carvetii Coffee in Threlkeld make the switch from BT to MB Flow, giving the team a more flexible and feature-rich business phone system.
As part of the upgrade, we replaced the existing desk phone with a brand-new Yealink T7 Series handset and installed two new DECT cordless handsets, making it easier for staff to stay connected whether they're behind the counter, on the shop floor, or moving around the premises.
The new system isn't just about replacing hardware. Carvetii Coffee now has access to the full MB Flow experience, including:
✅ Mobile and desktop apps, allowing calls to be made and received from smartphones and laptops
✅ AI-powered call transcriptions, helping keep track of customer conversations and enquiries
✅ Shared voicemail-to-email, ensuring important messages can be accessed by the team wherever they are
✅ Greater flexibility and mobility without being tied to a desk phone
The move has provided a modern communications platform that suits the way the business operates today, while giving them room to grow in the future.
