We’re very proud, as a family business, to be working for this family business 🎪

Chris and Catherine provide an exceptional service, their equipment is immaculate and their attention to detail is second to none.

Over the last few months, our ultra-silent generators 🤫 have been keeping the lights on and the bands playing late into the summer evenings.

If you are thinking of a marquee wedding or party, in Yorkshire or the surrounding counties, you should definitely be talking to Yorkshire Marquee Company

It’s been a busy few weeks for the YSS teams, with agricultural shows, horse trials and sports events.

As the season changes and the grass is heavy with dew in the mornings, it can only mean one event for us. Agria Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials.

It’s lovely to be back at The Palace, the sun has shone for the last three days of setting up and we are all ready for competition to begin tomorrow morning.

We use a lot of technology here, including our fibre optic audio equipment and wireless linking alongside our more traditional public address systems. Digital Sennheiser radio microphones, our wonderful RCF arena sound systems and Yamaha digital mixers, to handle all the processing and witchcraft!

If you’re heading to Blenheim, as a visitor or competitor, official, contractor or trader, have a lovely week!

The YSS blue lorry rolled back late last night after a busy day at Pen*stone Agricultural Show… and less than 24 hours later, it’s back out on the road! 🚛💨

Next stop ➡️ Agria Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials 🐎🏆

That’s been quite a couple of weeks for the Yorkshire Sound Service team!

In the last 18 days we have covered 24 events, ranging from small village agricultural shows to The Tour Of Britain, Scone Palace International Horse Trials, Moreton Show, Kilnsey Show and many others.

It has been an intense time, with 11 staff members working very hard on site, on the road and in the depot and office. It’s fair to say that we are all ready for a rest!

Despite the logistical challenges, lack of sleep and thousands of miles covered, all events have received our A⭐️ service. It’s fair to say, wherever we go and whatever we do, our service level is exemplary. We’ve had some great customer feedback too, which makes it all more worthwhile.

From me on a personal note, thank you to the whole team for your hard work and resilience. It’s been a testing few weeks but some respite is on the horizon!
