AN UPDATE ON OUR SERVICES & LOCATIONS 💻🛠️

We’ve been proud to serve this community for over 20 years. While we’ve moved from our old high street shop, we (my father and I) are still working hard to keep your tech running smoothly!

To make things as easy as possible, we have three locations where you can access our repair services, buy new hardware, or collect supplies:

📍 Larne Town Centre (The Save Point)
9 Dunluce Street, Larne
Drop off any repair here—from laptops to full PC builds—during their store hours. We also use this as a central point for you to collect pre-ordered Ink & Toner cartridges and peripherals.

📍 Islandmagee (Main Office)
38 Ballystrudder Road, BT40 3SH
Our main workshop and office. You are welcome to drop off repairs or come to see us here for tech advice and sales.

📍 Ballynure & Surrounding Areas
We offer a private drop-off option for our customers in and around Ballynure. To keep our home life private, we don't list the address publicly—just send us a message and we can arrange a convenient time for you!

STOP! Before you click, read this! 🚨 We recently had a customer fall victim to a sophisticated scam that we want to make sure YOU are protected from.

Our customer received a fake "Microsoft" call, was convinced their PC was "hacked," and then unknowingly gave scammers remote access. The fraudsters then showed them fake "hacked" messages on their screen and tried to charge them £299 to "fix" it!

Even after our customer realized it was a scam and hung up, the damage was done. The hackers had already taken control, changed passwords, and when the laptop reconnected to the internet, they were back in! We had to perform a full system reset to make sure the machine was safe again.

How to protect yourself:

Microsoft will NEVER call you unsolicited to tell you your computer is hacked.

NEVER give remote access to anyone you don't know and trust, especially if they call you first.

If you suspect a scam, hang up immediately and if you've already given access, disconnect from the internet and get professional help.
