🚨💀 BREAKING NEWS: FRED HAS PROMOTED HIMSELF TO CREATIVE DIRECTOR! 😱🤣

Oh dear… we really should have seen this coming! 😂

Louise, our Creative Director, is out of the office today, and it appears Fred has decided that this is the perfect opportunity for a little career progression!

WITHOUT ASKING ANYONE! 💀🤣

Not content with being our Temporary Social Media Manager, Fred has now taken over the Creative Director's desk, helped himself to a rather questionable new hat and even made himself an official-looking name badge!

Well… a sticky note saying "CREATIVE DIRECTOR", but apparently that's good enough for Fred! 😂

And what is our newly self-appointed Creative Director doing with all this responsibility?

WORKING ON HIS HALLOWEEN SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN! 🎃👀

Unfortunately, judging by the rather suspicious cards scattered across the desk, we're not entirely convinced he's concentrating on the right things!

One card reads "BEING 'TOO MUCH' AGAIN"…

Fred, we couldn't have put it better ourselves! 🤣💀

Meanwhile, poor Bones has clearly decided that enough is enough!

After witnessing Fred's latest attempt at climbing the corporate ladder, Bones has been spotted waving goodbye before disappearing into the cupboard! 👋🦴

And frankly, we can't blame them! 😂

We have a few concerns…

💀 Who authorised Fred's promotion?

🎩 Why is he wearing THAT hat?

📋 Has anyone told Louise she's apparently been replaced?

🚪 And how long is Bones planning to hide in the cupboard?!

With Halloween only a few days away, we're starting to wonder whether Fred's ambitions are getting a little out of hand!

MJ and Francesca, we think you might need to keep a very close eye on our new Creative Director! 👀🤣

🚨💀 MONDAY MORNING MAYHEM: FRED'S FALLEN TO PIECES AND GONE STRAIGHT FOR THE COFFEE BEANS! ☕🤣

Oh dear… where do we even begin?! 😂

After Friday's rather suspicious meeting between Fred and Bones, we were hoping they'd both behave themselves over the weekend.

Clearly, that was wishful thinking! 💀

We arrived at the office this morning to discover that Fred appears to have had a rather eventful weekend…

There were mysterious potions on the table, a pair of abandoned legs and Fred looking as though he'd completely lost the plot! 🦴🤣

And where did we find him?

HELPING HIMSELF TO THE COFFEE BEANS! ☕😂

Apparently, Fred has decided that actually making a cup of coffee is far too much effort, so he's gone straight to the source!

We're not sure whether he's trying to recover from the weekend or simply attempting to find enough energy to do some actual work!

Someone please tell Fred that's not how you make coffee! 🤣

Meanwhile, poor Bones is sitting in the kitchen, arms in the air, looking completely bewildered by the whole situation!

Bones only joined us last week, and already they're probably questioning whether coming to Mavam was such a good idea! 😂💀

And just when we thought things couldn't get any stranger, we've discovered some rather mysterious reading material lying around…

"OPENED THIRD EYE, SAW EMAIL." 👀📩

We're not entirely sure what that means, but at this point, we're almost too afraid to ask! 🤣

We have so many questions…

☠️ What on earth happened to Fred over the weekend?

☕ How many coffee beans does one skeleton need?

🦴 Where's the rest of Fred, and who's going to put him back together?

😱 And most importantly… WHAT IS MJ GOING TO SAY WHEN SHE SEES THIS?!

Well, it appears our mysterious visitor finally has a name…

EVERYONE, MEET BONES! 💀❤️

And it hasn't taken long for Bones to make themselves at home here at Mavam!

After causing quite a stir in our reading area, Bones has now been spotted in the kitchen having what looks like a rather serious conversation with Fred! ☕🦴

Naturally, we're a little concerned…

After all, Fred has only just started doing some actual work, and now he's holding private meetings during office hours! 😂

We couldn't quite hear what they were discussing, but judging by the hand gestures, it must have been important!

Are they discussing Fred's recent performance review?

Is Bones applying for a job?

Or are these two plotting something we should be worried about?! 👀😈

One thing's for certain…

MJ IS NOT GOING TO BE HAPPY IF FRED HAS FOUND HIMSELF A PARTNER IN CRIME! 🤣💀

🚨💀 BREAKING NEWS: THERE'S TWO OF THEM?! 😱😂

Just when we thought things were finally settling down in the Marketing & Design Team…

WE APPEAR TO HAVE AN UNEXPECTED VISITOR! 👀

After yesterday's rather impressive achievement of creating his very first social media post, we were beginning to think Fred might finally be settling into his role!

But then… something rather unexpected happened! 💀

MJ and Francesca spotted a mysterious skeleton sitting quite comfortably in our seating area, casually enjoying a little light reading, as though they'd been there all along! 📖😂

Naturally, they decided to investigate…

And judging by those faces peering through the door, we're not entirely sure they could believe what they were seeing! 👀🤣

After everything MJ has been through with Fred this week, we can only imagine what was going through her mind…

"PLEASE TELL ME THERE AREN'T TWO OF THEM NOW!" 😂🦴

And poor Francesca is probably wondering what on earth is happening to our once relatively normal Marketing & Design office! 😇

The strangest part?

FRED DOESN'T EVEN KNOW WE HAVE A VISITOR YET! 😱💀

We're not sure where our mysterious guest has come from, what they're doing here or whether they're planning to stay…

But one thing's for certain, things are getting rather interesting around here! 😂❤️

💀🎉 BREAKING NEWS: FRED HAS FINALLY DONE SOME WORK! 😂

Well, after yesterday's rather uncomfortable telling-off from MJ, Fred appears to have turned over a new leaf! 👀

Determined to prove he's worthy of his position as our Temporary Social Media Manager, Fred decided it was finally time to knuckle down and do some actual work! 🦴😂

First, he gave MJ a very enthusiastic morning wave 👋 (we suspect he's still trying to get back into her good books!).

Then, armed with a coffee in his favourite spooky mug ☕👻, he settled down with a little creative inspiration.

After some very serious thinking, planning and preparation, Fred was finally ready to unveil his very first social media post!

We were quite excited to see what he'd come up with…

After all, he's been watching our Marketing & Design Team hard at work, so surely he's picked up a few things along the way?!

And the result?

💛 "Hello, I Made a Post. Love Fred." 💀🤣

Well… it's certainly a start!

We have to give him credit, though. After a week of questionable behaviour, he's finally completed a task! 😂❤️

So, what do we think? Has Fred got a future in social media marketing, or should we stick to letting him make the coffee? ☕💀

🚨💀 BREAKING NEWS: FRED HAS FINALLY BEEN CAUGHT! 😂

Well… the day we've all been waiting for has finally arrived!

MJ IS BACK! 🎉

And let's just say, Fred's little holiday from following the rules has come to a rather abrupt end! 👀😂

After several days of taking over MJ's desk, borrowing her slippers, answering her phone, helping himself to her water bottle and even eating her lipstick, Fred has finally been confronted about his behaviour! 💄💀

And MJ was NOT impressed! 🤨

Poor Fred! One minute he's living his best life with his feet up on the desk, the next he's getting a rather stern telling-off!

Suddenly, our cheeky little skeleton wasnt looking quite so confident! 😂🦴

Realising he'd pushed his luck a little too far, Fred decided it was time to make amends.

Armed with an apology and a rather guilty-looking grin, he's now desperately trying to get back into MJ's good books! 💀❤️

Although, were not entirely convinced MJ is ready to forgive him just yet! 😂

To be fair, this is probably the most effort Fred has put into anything since joining our Marketing & Design Team!

So, what do we think? Has Fred learnt his lesson, or is it only a matter of time before he's up to his old tricks again? 👀🤣

Well… we have a slight development in the Fred situation! 👀

MJ has had to take an additional day off, which means Fred's much-anticipated telling-off has been postponed!

Unfortunately, Fred seems to have taken this as VERY good news! 😂

Not content with taking over MJs desk, borrowing her slippers and answering her phone, hes now discovered her water bottle…

AND HES HELPING HIMSELF TO HER LIPSTICK!! 💄💀🤣

Honestly, Fred! Is nothing sacred?! 😂

We're not entirely sure what's going through that skull of his (there's not much in there, to be fair!), but he's certainly making himself at home!

And judging by those devil horns, we think he's officially given up even pretending to behave! 😈

At this rate, MJ won't recognise her desk when she gets back!

We're beginning to wonder whether Fred is actually cut out for a career in marketing… although he certainly knows how to get everyone's attention! 😂💀

Well, that didn't take long...

Our colleague left Fred with ONE simple instruction before going on holiday.

Don't. Touch. My. Desk.

And what did we find when we came into the office? 👀

Fred had made himself completely at home! 💀

He's taken over the chair, claimed the keyboard and appears to have appointed himself Creative Designer!

Were not sure how were going to explain this when she returns... 😂

Anyone know a good HR representative who specialises in skeleton-related workplace incidents? 🦴🎃
