We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Menu Programming Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in tech with full training provided – no previous experience required although experience working in a Bar/Restaurant would be a substantial advantage.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for creating and programming hospitality menus into EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) systems for our customers throughout the UK, working closely with clients and team members to ensure menus are accurate, functional, and user-friendly. This role combines elements of data entry, database creation, and working with online applications.
What You’ll Do:
Program and update menus for hospitality clients
Build and maintain databases using EPOS systems
Work with platforms such as ICRTouch and NCR Aloha
Collaborate with support and project teams to deliver quality service
Learn and grow with ongoing training and support with career progression opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
Eagerness to learn – no prior experience needed!
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and online applications
Good problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
What You’ll Get:
£24,500 per annum salary
37.5 hour work week
28 days annual holiday
