With today being Goodbye Windows 10 day I just want to stress to you and for you to tell everyone you know like elderly relatives who will be open to getting scammed THAT IS NOT MICROSOFT PHONING YOU/THEM.

Don't fall for it. Go to town on them IF you get the call, it's open season on them, swear, blow whistles down phone, scream as loud as you can as they will probably be wearing headsets. OH and if anyone says that is not nice to do that what they going to do call the police? They are trying to SCAM YOU.

Anyway take care. Oh and IF you are worried about your PC not supporting Windows 11 nothing will happen except a message saying your windows will no longer receive security updates.

IF you go to START > SETTINGS> WINDOWS UPDATE you can click the 'Extend Support' button sign in with a Microsoft account and it will give you updates for another year or until you decide to get a new PC from me (Well can't blame a bloke for trying)

Just to say IF you have emailed or left a voicemail sorry I haven't got back to you yet as I am running round to sort out those who are now wanting to sort out upgrading to 11 now the Windows 10 End of Support is 2 weeks away.

IF you have an extra 24 hours to add to a day just laying around in a cupboard or drawer please let me know as I could use it.

Now after my little rant, I'm looking on a tech FB group I am part of and I see this which highlights what I just said.
You see it says "Intel Core i3 2120 CPU.

The part to concentrate on is the 2120, the 2 means it is a 2nd generation i3 and some unscrupulous computer shop forced 11 onto this PC and sold it.

With us being 7 or 8 weeks away from Windows 10 going 'End Of Support' I want to take this opportunity to enlighten you on upgrading to Windows 11.

Test to see if your PC/Laptop will take Windows 11 this will check and tell you if it can. https://aka.ms/GetPCHealthCheckApp

Getting a 'REFURB' now if you decide to go on FB market place or eBay and buy that laptop for £130 cos it has Windows 11 on it.. It's probably a scam.. IF it has a Windows 7 label on it, it's not 11 compatible, you can use some tools to force 11 onto some old PC/Laptops which is what people are doing!

When I was at Ilton I had several people bring me Laptops from FB with Win 11 on and I had to tell them I'm not touching it cos it is not really Win 11 compatible.

For a device to be Windows 11 compatible it MUST have an Intel 8th generation processor or an AMD Athlon, EPYC or Ryzen processor. links below.

I think that is it BUT I have one last question.. WHY ARE YOU GOING TO eBay or FB WHEN I AM HERE? USE ME OR LOSE ME!!!!!

How do you stop this happening to you I hear you ask! Stop using silly passwords like your dogs name or your grandsons name.. You know who you are...
