After a dynamic and rewarding day of hard work, collaboration, and networking at the SCC office, joined by Sam Adcock of Port, Keith Tucker of Neomounts, Andrew Wise of Synology, and Sarah Roberts of Addon, the team headed out for an evening of food, drinks, and fun. It was a welcome chance to connect outside the workplace, relax, and enjoy each other's company.

It was great to see everyone getting involved and having lots of fun on the night. We hear a record was attempted for the number of people you could fit into a Photo Booth at one time (we are unsure if the record was beaten, and to be honest, we are unsure if there is even a record to beat).

A huge thank you to the SCC team for being so accommodating throughout the day. The team always enjoys the visit and is already looking forward to the next one!

Last week, our SCC Account Managers, Jo Wicks and Mike Bazely, took a few of our strategic vendors up to Scotland to visit the SCC team in Glasgow. The trip focused on current opportunities in Scotland, the Northeast, and Northern Ireland, and on how Hypertec and our partners can help the SCC team find solutions.

We were delighted to be joined by Sam Adcock of Port, Keith Tucker of Neomounts, Andrew Wise of Synology, and Sarah Roberts of Addon; channel experts on storage, mounts, transceivers and accessories.

It was great to speak with everyone throughout the day and show exactly what Hypertec offers. Thank you to the SCC team for their great engagement throughout the day. We came away refreshed and looking forward to continuing to deliver exceptional services together.

Four Peaks. One Incredible Team. One Important Cause. 💙
On Saturday, 16 hikers from Hypertec and Computacenter UK took on the challenging Brecon Beacons Horseshoe Ridge Walk to raise money for our colleague and friend, Vanessa, as she continues her fight against Stage 4 Lung Cancer.

Together, we:
✅ Walked 10 miles
✅ Conquered 4 peaks
✅ Climbed 743m+
✅ Reached Pen y Fan, the highest summit in southern Britain
✅ Completed the route in just over 6 hours
✅ Raised an amazing £2,479 (and counting)

The mountain views were incredible, but the real highlight was seeing everyone come together for such an important cause. Every climb, every step and every donation has been driven by one goal: supporting Vanessa and her family.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined the hike, donated, shared the fundraiser, or supported us along the way. Your generosity and encouragement have meant so much.

This Saturday, we'll be swapping our desks for hiking boots as we take on a sponsored hike to raise funds for our friend and colleague, Vanessa.

On Saturday, the 3rd of October, a Team from Hypertec will be taking on the Brecon Beacons Horseshoe Ridge Walk, a challenging yet rewarding route covering around 10 miles, including the highest peak in southern Britain, Pen y Fan.

Every step we take will be in support of a cause close to our hearts. We're fundraising for Vanessa Kendall, a valued channel partner and friend, who is currently undergoing Cancer treatment.

Vanessa was diagnosed with Cancer in July 2025 and is raising money as she explores alternative treatments.

We wish Vanessa all the very best in the months ahead and look forward to raising as much as possible before we reach the summit of Pen Y Fan.
