As the great "landline switchoff" proceeds. It has now become the great telecoms theft. Companies are circling with stories of fear and dread to extort money from customers. Their modes operandi is
1. You need a new phone system for the changeover
2. If you don't get a new phone system the sky will fall in
3. Onerous terms, up to 5 year contracts for "lines"

Whatever you think here is another scum operator, stand up...

Just spent 90 minutes with TalTalk. The chat and helpdesk refused to help. We need to setup a non talktalk router. TalkTalk Complaints . Talking to "google" and we get the answer. Note the answer is from the TalkTalk help guides.

Once again Talking to TalkTalk cannot get any sense. Passed to chat and spend 50 minutes answering the same questions. Try calling and get the same idiotic questions and no answers. Has anyone ever, after dealing with the TalkTalk "customer service" kept their TalkTalk account ? Their CEO is Tristia Harrison. [email protected]

Once again BT (the latest scumbags of the parish) BT prove themselves for the title of scumbags of the month. How much is Fibre 1 broadband from BT ? Well if you are 85 years old it's £61.76. We were asked to look at the pensioners bills. Thanks BT, £82.84 for landline and internet. The pensioner actually said " Surely BT wouldn't do such a scumbag thing. If you are younger you can go to BT and they'll charge £34.99. Still expensive. For all pensioners let's raise a great whopping Turd to BT
