A warm Core welcome to Mike who joins Core as our new IT Manager.
Mike will be leading our IT services team, overseeing the delivery of technical support to our customers both remotely and on-site. From IT support and system installations to monitoring, maintenance and project delivery, his focus will be on making sure our customers receive a reliable, responsive and high-quality service.
For Mike, the new role is also about developing the team, building strong customer relationships and making sure our IT services continue to evolve around what businesses need.
Mike says: “This is an opportunity to lead and develop IT services that have a direct and positive impact on both customers and the business. I am excited by the responsibility of managing a small skilled team, driving high standards of service delivery, and building strong relationships with customers to ensure their technology requirements are fully met.”
Outside work, Mike is a keen cyclist, both on and off-road, and has recently taken up pickleball. He’s also a long-standing photography enthusiast and volunteers with Scouting, helping young people develop valuable skills.
