As a business in the marketing and design sector, we use many different websites, apps and programs to produce the high-quality products for our clients. These are just a few that we use daily:
1. FIGMA: With Figma's in-depth design modes, we are able to bring ideas to life and create layouts which can be shared between us and our clients. These can then be reviewed and edited as needed.
2. ADOBE: We use Illustrator and Photoshop produce premium photos and graphics, and InDesign to create publishing material. Our use of Adobe allows us to meet a multitude of business requirements that clients often have.
3. ZOHO: Behind the scenes, tracking projects is done through Zoho. This helps us work on outstanding and completing tasks, as well as precise hours to bill clients for.
4. SLACK: Within our business, communications take place over Slack, where we create groups and channels for projects in order to share assets and links, internally and externally.
5. 3CX: To communicate with clients, we use 3CX to connect calls to the appropriate person, ensuring the best customer service for any queries.
