Why is CRM difficult for Charities ?
Charities have special requirements around CRM discussed in full at a digital inclusion workshop yesterday... Charities have to monitor employees, volunteers, mentors, beneficiaries, donors, trustees, freelancers, consultants and their relationships with the charity, the beneficiaries and each other. Also data needs to be secure if on vulnerable people and then reporting requirements for multiple projects and outcomes is also difficult. Some notes here in our blog on the interesting discussion...
