It's been another busy couple of weeks at OMS and we have plenty to share!

Our Head of Marketing, Sales and Partnerships, Jodie Andrews, shared her thoughts on the findings from our recent webinar with Twenty7tec. The key takeaway is brokers don't have a technology problem; they have a connection problem. Many firms already have good tools in place, but if those systems don't talk to each other, it creates extra work and risk. The poll results pointed to a clear shift in how brokers are reviewing their sourcing solutions and wider tech stack.

Our CEO Dale Jannels and MD Neal Jannels were featured in Financial Reporter alongside their father Victor Jannels, a main board director at OMS, in a piece exploring what it's really like to run a family business in the mortgage industry. They talk openly about the early challenge of proving yourself, the advantage of being able to make decisions quickly, and the importance of keeping clear roles so everything complements rather than overlaps.

And finally, the OMS team recently swapped spreadsheets for strike sheets for a well-deserved team bowling night! A few lucky strikes, some very questionable technique and plenty of laughs.
