Hi Karl,

Google review is one tech. step toooo far for me.

BUT, I would like to put in writing what I discussed in that I did have the 2007 version of Outlook which was not supported by Microsoft and it was giving me a great deal of problems on a regular basis and the people that I had look at it offered all sorts of “remedies”, gmail etc, etc that did not fix the on going problems with Outlook running.

Through a friend in Long Riston, who has used your services, what you offered was a tonic, SIMPLE……….…update Outlook 2007 to 2021. Outlook is user friendly and very simple in layout.

Thank you very much as now Outlook 2021 which you put on my machine is supported by Microsoft and I shall receive up dates from them.

Thanks again, I now have the confidence to ask you to look at my PC should I have any further problems.

Chris
