I often get asked on calls - What is an MSP?

An MSP, or Managed Service Provider, operates as your outsourced service desk and IT department, covering key support issues surrounding the everyday problems that occur, but also proactively monitoring and managing the IT infrastructure to ensure preventative measure are taken where problems may be identified, and rapidly respond to any unforeseen circumstances.

I then get asked - Why would i use an MSP?

MSPs are an extremely cost-effective resource for growing and emerging companies to enable them to focus entirely on their business performance whilst ensuring their IT is taken care of professionally.

You may have staff members with a reasonable amount of IT knowledge in your company, but often these members of your team are not primarily hired to handle problems with the company’s IT infrastructure.
