I'm very sad to report the passing of my mum yesterday. I'm posting on here as I know a number of friends follow the page. I won't be posting on here for a while whilst we all reflect and sort things out.

The 'Batman' 2way build is coming along well. I hope to clear a day next week to do all the crossover design work.

Its been a rather busy day today making up cabinets for the HA speakers. I've now got all the hardwood bezel frames to mitre cut and glue on. Then tomorrow will be a ton of sanding before I can then veneer them all.

Development of the tiny HA3/4 begins today. This will be used as a small bookshelf speaker or desktop monitor but also a surround sound speaker to go with the other HA range. Yes a centre speaker will be added to at some point to.

The HA3/4 will be 25 x 15 x 15cm small. 😍

Batman was on the email the other day to order up a new pair of Black one off 2-ways for the bat cave. His old monitors got clogged up with bat guano apparently 🤣

These really have turned out well. Currently they are now living in our Snug and sounding fantastic. No reason to sell these as they work really nicely in the Snug. Have listed on eBay just to see what happens.

Listening to today's build now. The HA3/5r i was experimenting with wasn't as good as the original HA3/5 in the end so I've now reused those cabinets and made new baffles and designed a new crossover for the QTX tweeter and Microlab woofer i chose.

So far straight out the box they are really good. Always love using these drivers.

Up for sale soon as a one off build.

Repurposing a pair of HA3/5 cabinets this afternoon to use the fabulous but budget 26mm soft dome QTX tweeter and a set of 5inch Microlab mid-woofers. They really look the part.

Now for the crossover design work.

An absolutely stunning set of drivers which I have just finished restoring and testing so that they are a perfect match.

KEF B200 SP1022.
Celestion HF1300 16ohm.
Coles 4001 16ohm Super Tweeter.

But what could these beautiful drivers be for 🤔🤔

I'm very lucky to have fabulous clients who have brought my own speaker designs. The feed back I get is always so humbling. Music means so much to people. I'm honoured and very passionate about bringing music to people. Here are photos from a client who brought a pair of my smaller HA3/5 then upgraded to the larger HA3/6. The stands were custom built by my client. The look fabulous 😍😍
