So most people know that if I’m not designing I’m cooking … chutney season is almost here and I can’t wait. But my new hobby is cold smoking. Here is what’s left of my second home smoked salmon which melts in the mouth and tastes amazing thanks to top tips. It’s been great comfort food on top of cream cheese bagels this week as I’m out of action with a chest infection. I’ve also smoked garlic bulbs and mature cheddar cheese… looking forward to feeling better so I can smoke more stuff to stuff my face with 😋 Suggestions welcome!

21 degrees!!!! Happy Good Friday people! Paddling pool is out, neighbours’ lawnmowers are humming, kids are scoffing Fab lollies and I’m happy to eat ‘summer’ food again!!! This is my version of another delicious recipe. And if you’ve never tried Zhoug…. Go get some! 🤤☀️ (Toast, hummmus, tomato, cucumber, onion and Zhoug)
